Notes of yellow fruit, strawberries and citrus zest prolong the pleasure on the palate. Terroir influences the wine's profile towards notes of licorice and bitter almond. Long, balanced and saline finish.

Le Clos du Serres

Situated 45 km north-west of Montpellier at the foot of the Larzac plateau, with Mont Saint-Baudille rising to 849 m, the 15-hectare vineyard lies at the crossroads of 2 climates: mediterranean and mountain. Taken over almost 20 years ago by Béatrice and Sébastien Fillon, the estate, whose name means "hills" in Occitan, is a direct reference to its location, surrounded by the Larzac mountains, and has been converted to organic and then biodynamic viticulture.
