Our team visits producers directly, to discover their estates, their
know-how and their heritage, to build a strong bond through the exchange of
knowledge and skills and to promote the original character of the terroirs and
grape varieties. This relationship is important to us and enables us to
represent our partners in the best possible way, conveying the right messages
and values.
Le Caveau de Bacchus guarantees ideal storage conditions. Each product is stored in cellars maintained to respect the product, preserve its qualities and ensure optimum ageing and safe conservation.
You can pay for your order by card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).
Payment through Twint is also possible.
At the time of purchase, you are redirected to our partner (Adyen) to make your payment in complete security, fully encrypted and protected.
Le Caveau de Bacchus has implemented security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access and use.
Le Caveau de Bacchus provides a high-quality delivery service. The products are transported to Switzerland in temperature- and humidity-controlled vans.
Deliveries in Switzerland are made within three (3) working days on average.
Delivery within Switzerland is free for all online orders over CHF 400 including VAT. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of CHF 25.00 (including VAT) will apply.
We do not deliver abroad.
Deliveries are made exclusively in Switzerland by our teams or transporters to the address and contact person named in the order.
Products ordered can be collected, free of charge, from one of our shops or from our warehouse in Meyrin, depending on the option selected when choosing the delivery method.
This Click & Collect service is free of charge, with the possibility of collection within two (2) working days, after confirmation of the order by our customer service department and while stocks last. You will then have 30 days to collect your order.
To collect your order, you must present the order confirmation email and a valid form of identification.
The condition of the products must be checked at the time of delivery.

Any claim must be received by us within five (5) working days of the date of delivery.
In principle, no guarantee is offered in the event of claims for corked wines or spirits with off-flavours.
