Deliveries are made by carrier to the address and contact person indicated by the Customer. The Customer may also arrange with Caveau de Bacchus to collect the products directly at a boutique or warehouse without delivery costs.
Our boutiques have a free "Click & Collect" service, which makes it possible to collect the order within two working days of receipt of the online order.
For any online order exceeding CHF 300.- inclusive of taxes, there are no delivery costs for the Customer.
Delivery is subject to timely and proper delivery to us by our suppliers and the absence of force majeure. cases of force majeure include civil conflicts, wars, strikes and other industrial action, government decisions, natural disasters, as well as the interruption of deliveries from an upstream supplier. We assume no liability for delays in delivery attributable to our suppliers or third parties or if the delay is due to an event of force majeure.
