At Caveau de Bacchus, we are committed to introducing winemakers who share our demand for quality and respect for life. It is in this spirit that we collaborate with Michael Broger , an independent winemaker in the heart of Thurgau , on the historic slopes of Ottenberg . His artisanal approach, inspired by biodynamics , favors authenticity, biodiversity and unpretentious winemaking. From his Pinot Noirs From its deep, sulfur-free “ broger-dynamic ” vintages, each wine reflects a terroir and a sincere philosophy. Together, we defend a free, precise and committed vision of wine, where each bottle tells a story of passion, patience and nature.
