The colour is a light red with hints of tile. The nose is expressive, with aromas of plums, spices and a hint of flowers. The palate is light, with a touch of carbon dioxide to protect the wine. Pleasantly fresh, with grainy tannins on the finish. Roses and spices come to the fore in this low-alcohol wine. A simple, digestible Pinot Noir in search of fruit.

Situated in the Haut-Rhin, in the Piémont of the Vosges mountains, this Alsatian estate lies in a region blessed with a climate protected from the Atlantic and western rains. At an altitude of between 400 and 500 metres, the vineyards benefit from regular ripening, without excessive heat or big differences between day and night. The 5 hectares are planted on steep slopes facing south and south-west.
