Aujourd’hui à la tête d’un domaine de 50 ha, dont 35 ha plantés de vignes, Vincent Rochette applique une agriculture biodynamique. Ce grand espace lui permet de laisser place à la nature et de varier les cultures (oliviers, lavandins). Un subtil mélange entre jeunes vignes et vignes centenaires, une belle harmonie tant au niveau du lieu que dans les vins.
