Domaine La Collière

Facing due south, this Mediterranean-influenced village in the Haut Vaucluse is perched on a hill 200 metres above sea level. The vineyards, with their rugged terrain facing the Dentelles de Montmirail, are sheltered from the Mistral wind. With less than 1,000 hectares, this modest appellation has risen to the rank of the Côtes du Rhône Crus in 2010 with its red wine. Georges Perrot set up his own winery with his father-in-law's vines over twenty years ago. Today, 25 hectares are spread across the communes of Rasteau and Buisson.
