Managed since 1983 by Olivier Bernard, Domaine de Chevalier is one of the Grand Cru Classés of the Graves. The Grand Vin Rouge is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, accompanied by Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Also classified, the Grand Vin Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon and Sémillon, and is considered by many to be one of the finest dry white wines of Bordeaux.
