Rochelt

At the heart of the Austrian Tyrol, Rochelt Distillery elevates fruit eau-de-vie to an art form. Founded by the visionary Günter Rochelt and still family-run today, this iconic house selects exceptional fruit from the finest terroirs, harvested at perfect ripeness and naturally fermented. A meticulous double artisanal distillation is followed by a long maturation in glass demijohns, often lasting several years. The result is a collection of premium fruit brandies of remarkable purity, in which each fruit expresses its identity, depth and elegance with striking clarity.
