Jacopo Poli

Since the end of the 19th century, the Poli family, now led by Jacopo, has been distilling the top-quality grappa for which the house is renowned. In 1994, Nicolò Incisa della Roccheta, the owner of Tenuta San Guido, entrusted this producer with distilling the grapes from his famous Sassicaia terroir to produce a barrel-aged grappa worthy of the prestigious wine of the same name.
