Francis Darroze

Chef Francis Darroze was in the habit of buying old casks of Armagnac for his restaurant from local producers. This practice led him to set up his own bottling company for old Armagnacs. Today, his son Marc carries on the tradition, offering a collection of Armagnacs from single casks, each bottle a new and unique experience.
