At the end of 2022, Matthieu Gufflet acquired Domaine les Aurelles, a flagship winery in the Languedoc-Pézenas appellation which, over the years, has established itself alongside the great names in the region. The estate’s basalt and rounded pebble terroir gives the Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan - and Marsanne for the whites - a unique structure and aromatic profile. Dense and complex wines of great richness.
