Domaine de la Colombe - Amédée VI 2017

This cuvée is named after Amédée VI, Count of Savoy, who gave the Paccot family its coat of arms in the 14th century, symbolised by the dove. This full-bodied wine, with its floral and slightly honeyed notes, offers a rather singular vision of this La Côte vineyard.
