This cuvée is named after Amédée VI, Count of Savoy, who gave the Paccot family its coat of arms in the 14th century, symbolised by the dove. This full-bodied wine, with its floral and slightly honeyed notes, offers a rather singular vision of this La Côte vineyard.

After his father Jules Paccot bought the vineyards, Roger founded the ‘La Colombe’
