Michel Chevré, who cut his teeth in the vineyards of Thierry Germain’s famous Domaine des Roches Neuves, created his own estate in 2007 and naturally turned to organic farming. A small estate of just 3 hectares in the Saumur and Saumur-Champigny appellations, the Chenin here is dazzling, and the Cabernet Franc is fresh and light.
