Clase Azul "Plata"

Tequileria Clase Azul, founded in the 1990s, perpetuates an ancestral know-how where patience is the watchword. After more than 6 years to reach full maturity, the blue agave is cooked for almost 3 days in brick ovens before being fermented and then distilled. The result is a Tequila of great aromatic concentration, powerful and pure. The various ageing periods add new facets to this emblematic product of Mexican culture.
