Château Margaux

In the 12th century, the estate was called ‘La Mothe de Margaux’ but was not yet
producing wine. At the end of the seventeenth century, Château Margaux was
born, and from then on it has produced one of the finest expressions of the
terroir, with infinite finesse and elegance that continues to improve year
after year. It is certainly one of the finest estates in the Bordeaux region.
