The nose opens with delicate aromas of fresh flowers, reminiscent of rose petals or hawthorn, before giving way to more exotic accents: a burst of fresh mango, kaffir lime zest, and a touch of fine herbs. The palate is beautifully structured between tension and richness. The wine then gains in fullness, developing a more enveloping texture over time, without ever losing its energy.
