Saicho selects single-origin teas based on variety, harvest time, region, terroir, altitude, and processing methods. Each tea is cold-infused for 24 hours to extract delicate and complex flavors. This cold infusion enhances aromas and balances astringency, creating a richer flavor profile. The teas are then lightly sweetened and acidified before sparkling to enhance the flavors.
